The D’Brickashaw Ferguson Foundation Skills and Drill program helps students from high schools primarily in the Long Island area come together to participate in a student-athlete based initiative to engage in collegiate readiness and skill building techniques that would foster and advance their success in their college journey.
The D'Brickashaw Ferguson Foundation led by D'brickashaw Ferguson himself, held the first annual Skills and Drills Youth Conference. The purpose of the conference is the give youth in the Long Island area a support and mentorship program that they can turn to when they are in college.
